UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Documents of below mentioned Funds through
following Supplemental Offering Documents;

 11th Supplemental Offering Document of UBL Retirement Saving Fund (URSF)
 11th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Retirement Saving Fund (AIRSF)

These changes will be effective from September 12, 2025 & the amended constitutive documents are
