Notice for Change in Constitutive Documents

UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Documents of below mentioned Funds in accordance to
S.R.O. 600 (I) / 2025 dated April 10th, 2025 through following Supplemental Offering Documents.

 15th Supplemental Offering Document of UBL Asset Allocation Fund (UAAF)
 19th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Asset Allocation Fund (AIAAF)

These changes will be effective from September 08, 2025 & the amended constitutive documents are available
