Notice for Change in Offering Document of UBL Cash Fund (UCF)

The Unit Holders of UBL Cash Fund (UCF) are hereby notified that the Management Fee of UCF has been
revised as mentioned in 10th Supplementary Offering Document of the UCF after obtaining approval of
Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) dated September 14, 2022.

The above changes will be effective from October 17, 2022.
The relevant supplementary Offering Document reflecting above change is available on the company
website www.ublfunds.com.
