TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF FRESH ISSUANCE OF UNITS of UBL RETIREMENT SAVINGS FUND – COMMODITY SUB FUND

UBL Fund Managers Limited, in its capacity as Pension Fund Manager of the UBL Retirement Savings Fund – Commodity Sub-Fund, has decided to suspend fresh issuance of units either via new account opening or additional contribution/issuance or reallocation-in to the Sub-Fund with effect from Monday, February 2, 2026, until further notice. Participants who have existing allocation in URSF-CSF, and wish to additionally contribute are requested to submit their allocation keeping in mind the above decision/restriction.

Please note that withdrawals and reallocation-out requests from existing participants will continue to be processed as usual.

This decision has been taken in accordance with the Constitutive Documents of the Fund and in the best interest of participants.
