Taniya Zaffar Khan holds a BSc in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. She brings over 11 years of multifaceted corporate experience across the UK and Pakistan, with a background spanning the oil & gas industry (LASMO Oil/ENI SpA and ENI International Resources), chemicals (ICI Pakistan), and financial services (Bank Alfalah).
Throughout her career, Ms. Khan has combined industry insight with a deep commitment to organisational culture and social impact. Prior to joining UBL Funds, she led Culture Enablement at Bank Alfalah, where she played a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive, values-driven workplace environment.
Her dedication to community development extends beyond the corporate sector. She has served for several years as a Trustee on the Board of the Ali Hasan Mangi Memorial Trust, a non-profit organisation focused on holistic and sustainable development in underserved communities—a cause that continues to shape her professional ethos.
