Notice for Change in Offering Document of UBL Fixed Return Fund, UBL Fixed Return Fund-II & III

UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Document of ‘UBL Fixed Return Fund (UFRF), UBL Fixed Return Fund – II (UFRF-II) and UBL Fixed Return Fund – III (UFRF-III)’ with respect to the consent of Trustee through 20th Supplement to the Offering Document of UFRF, 11th Supplement to the Offering Document of UFRF-II and 9th Supplement to the Offering Document of UFRF-III.
These changes will be effective from November 8, 2023.

The relevant supplementary Offering Document reflecting changes is available on the company website www.ublfunds.com.
