UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Documents of Al-Ameen Islamic Income Fund (AIIF) in
accordance to S.R.O. 600 (I) / 2025 dated April 10th, 2025 through following Supplemental Offering Document.

5th Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Income Fund (AIIF)

These changes will be effective from March 02, 2026 & the amended constitutive documents are available
